Brandy & Monica-It All Saucony Originals Women's Jazz Low I'm in vegan shoes heaven. I love all the different colors these come in. As for the fit, they are minimalist. I need a lot of arch support so I bought inserts for mine. These are very hip looking and when people notice them I get compliments. I wear them with jeans and causual clothes, not for working out. I would love for Saucony to come out with a line of vegan running shoes.

I'm in the second week of wearing these shoes whenever I go out. I do not feel any pulling or stretching on my muscles as is indicated in the ads. However, when they are worn for a long work out walk, you can definately feel them working. So you have to use them to power walk in order to obtain results. I can only assume they do little or nothing just wearing them for normal everyday activities.
